In the pricing page the package named ONLINE contains checkmark for customization, does it means if i purchase ONLINE plan they will do all customization as per my need free of cost?
If not does anyone know what will be the cost of customization?

Odoo will not provide free of cost customization , it is a paid service. You have to pay to Odoo's consultants for the customization. The cost of customization depends upon your requirement.
