Hi all,

I am currently in the process of integrating our Odoo Inventory system with Patchworks to enable seamless data synchronization across our platforms. I have already created an Odoo account and the Odoo connector module has been installed on our instance. However, during the instance create setup, I encountered an issue where attempts to connect to the Odoo instance return an error (e.g., 404 Not Found or Unauthorized). Can someone help me

Could mean you run multiple databases on your instance. If so, since most external systems require to have a clearly specified entry point to communicate with your instance, set the database filter parameter in your odoo.conf to prevent uncertainty about what database is to be used. See also https://www.odoo.com/documentation/18.0/administration/on_premise/deploy.html#dbfilter

Also, check whether you can see these connections attempts in your log files. This could provide some further insights.

Else, not much can be said and you should rather refer to the Patchworks support department (probably via https://www.wearepatchworks.com/collections/odoo-integrations#)
