I create a database demo and i make same mistake that i put the key Licence for odoo EE 13
Can I rename my actually database with the same Key and how ? ,

Duplicate the existing db with the preferred name and delete the old db. Also you have to login to Odoo account, unlink the old db and link it with new db.

Theoretically yes because you'll duplicate the DB and with the new name and remove the old one so the new one will have the License key
