since there is option of archiving user in odoo community version unlike odoo enterprise where there is option to inactive user. my question is if i archive user can the user login? i dont want the user to login so what should i do?

An archived user should not be able to login on the system.
Anyway, why don't you do a test? If you have a Community installation, it should be easy for you.
