​ Hi, I am creating automated action, and need the VALUE (email address) to be NOT entered in fixed way, but rather to enter it as dynamic definition of "SALES TEAM ALIAS" (which the LEAD is attached to)? example : user1 with (user1@example.com), is sending message on LEAD attached to sales team XYZ (Sales team XYZ has email alias xyz@example.com ), I would expect the AUTOMATED ACTION I am creating NOT to have FIXED value , but to take this email entered on the SALES TEAM (xyz@example.com) and use it for this AUTOMATED action. If later, a alias on SALES team will be changed, it will still work without need to change anything in the Actions. And one AUTOMATED ACTION should be valid for all SALES TEAMs, no matter how many there is with unique email aliases. Any idea how to enter there a phrase there so it will solve my issue?
