I have 2 fields "handle_by" , "share_hb".
"handle_by" is a name, a id of user. I want that when I log in with this account, I can edit the field "share_hb"; if I log in any other account, I just "read only" the field "share_hb". Can I make it in file xml? by "attrs" ?

you can do this in security files (.csv) for user ..
