How can I add a different adress from the society or the client?
I want to ship to a secondary adress of the client.

You have to check the setting for this at the following location:
Settings --> Configuration --> Sales
Then scroll down to the header named "Quotations and sales orders". Under that you will find a checkbox named " Allow a different address for delivery and invoicing".
Check that checkbox and you should be able to select different addresses for both.
