"action_karma_report" method written in "gamification" module, i think "gamification" module was installed before and later it's been uninstalled so somehow view is till exists in your databse.

Please install "gamification" module again or remove "res.users.view.form.inherit.gamification" view from ir.ui.view model in order to solve the issue.


1) Install Gamification module

 

2) remove "res.users.view.form.inherit.gamification" view. 

activate developer mode, Go to Settings--> Technical -->User Interfact --> view --> search for res.users.view.form.inherit.gamification and delete this view.
