I want to change names in my drop-down list "res.partner.title" (I have Mr, Ms, Pr, Dr etc) and I want to put it in full letters (Mister, Misses, Professor, Doctor).
Does anyone know where I can access to it ?

You can change it from the contact module.
Contact -> configuration -> contact title
