Hello,

I am following along the first video of getting started tutorial. I go to the page 

odoo.com/trial

Enter the required (made up) information, and hit the "Start Now" button I get the following error:

Trial Refused, We couldn't verify your trial request.
What happened? some Possible causes:
  • You are using VPN or proxy service
  • You are using an ad-blocker
  • You have created too many free trials today

I checked for the above issues and I am not using VPN or proxy. The ad blocker is not active as I am using incognito mode of chrome. Also I tried after disabling the blocker but got the same error. I tried to login using google chrome, firefox, as well as microsoft's Edge and got the same error. 

Finally, I tried to create the trial on two different days and got the same error. 


A help in this regard will be highly appreciated.

Hi, 

Please check with Google Chrome on iOS, in incognito mode, and turn off wi-fi.
