I'm using the latest version (which is quiet different than the one in the video)


Here is the question:

If you want a project and tasks to be created when a sales order is confirmed, which of the following service tracking options do you need to pick?

and the possible answers:

  • Create a task in sales order’s project. ← the good one
  • Create a new project but no task.
  • Create a task in an existing project.
  • Timesheet on tasks.

I don't see any "service tracking" option in the quotation and there's no way to create a task in the SO unless you mean "product".


I tried to make the workflow on a test db and I didn't create the tasks in the project, I also didn't see a way to specify a template project.
