ALMEN was founded in 1967 as a separate organization, also known as Tariq Al-Ghanim General Trade & Contracting Company. By early 2004, the firm had grown to become one of Tariq Al-Ghanim Holding Company's principal subsidiaries.

Crude Oil Recovery, Tank Cleaning, Mechanical Engineering Works, Scaffolding Services, Abrasive Blasting and Painting, Pipe Internal Lining, Fiberglass/Glass Flake Lining, and Storage Tank Building and Maintenance Works are among the services offered by the organization.

The Kuwait Protocol will implement different modules to improve ALMEN's operations. Purchasing, Project Management, Inventory Management, Equipment Maintenance, HR & Payroll, Accounting, Sales/Contract, CRM, Documents, Sign, Fleet, Planning, and Field Service are among the modules available. ALMEN will be able to simplify its processes, improve efficiency, and boost production by deploying these modules.
