The company has received prestigious awards, including the Excellence Award for the “Nusuk Imtithal” Project 2023. We provided them with a comprehensive Odoo-based management system, including modules for Vendor Management, Customer Management, Recruitment, and Communication & Correspondence, with full customization to add new fields and custom correspondence units, as well as integrations with Maqsam Telecommunications and the Ministry of Hajj. Additionally, we developed two custom mobile applications for employees and pilgrims, integrated with WhatsApp and a Chatbot to facilitate instant communication. This solution has automated all administrative processes, improved tracking of customers and vendors, accelerated internal and external communication, increased data accuracy, enabled management to monitor operations in real-time, and enhanced overall efficiency in delivering services to end beneficiaries |
