Kuwait Protocol implemented a Customer Centric CRM Module and customized it with many features and functionalities based on their needs and requirements.
We thoroughly examined their operations in order to identify areas for improvement. The Sales and Accounting module will assist them in creating invoices with a single click based on quotations and sales orders, as well as logging payments. We also implemented the modules Invoicing, Documents, and Subscriptions.
In addition, we provided additional security measures to ensure data security. Furthermore, we advised on best practices and provided ongoing comprehensive technical support, including bug fixes, system monitoring, and updates.

This includes order management, production planning, picking, assembly, quality testing, and shipping processes. We are also handling the integration of their WooCommerce e-commerce platform with Odoo, ensuring seamless synchronization of orders, products, inventory, and customers. Additionally, we assist with the migration of accounting from Xero to Odoo, the setup of customer support ticketing in Odoo, and the completion of key system integrations.
