Naba’a, a Lebanese NGO founded in 2001, is dedicated to empowering marginalized communities, particularly focusing on children's rights. Serving individuals from diverse backgrounds, Naba’a collaborates with local stakeholders to create sustainable change in areas such as education, protection, and emergency response. To enhance its internal operations, Naba’a implemented Odoo’s HR and employee management modules, including Employee Gateway, Time-Off, Recruitment, Appraisal, Skills Management, and more, to streamline processes and improve engagement across the organization.
