Project Overview

Technova partnered with Master Cook to implement a fully integrated Odoo v18 ERP solution that digitalized their end-to-end operations — from raw material procurement and recipe-based production to delivery, accounting, and reporting.

The project focused on improving visibility and control across Manufacturing, Inventory, Purchase, Sales, and Accounting workflows. A Bill of Materials (BOM) and batch-based production control system were introduced to ensure accurate costing and traceability of each meal produced. Real-time stock updates and automatic raw material consumption were configured to maintain full control over ingredient usage and minimize waste.

The accounting module was fully integrated with procurement and production to automate cost allocation and profitability tracking per product and customer. Custom dashboards were built to help management monitor daily production, cost variance, and overall kitchen performance.
