Daarbij hebben ze aandacht voor de eigenheid van de streek, open ruimte, mens, natuur, klimaat en erfgoed. Ze zijn actief in 13 steden en gemeenten in Zuid-West-Vlaanderen. Dans ce contexte, la gestion administrative et opérationnelle des projets devient rapidement complexe : devis, facturation, suivi des temps, organisation des tâches, rentabilité des missions, etc.
Afin de structurer et d’optimiser leur organisation interne, Sens K souhaite s’appuyer sur Odoo, avec l’accompagnement de Linov, pour mettre en place un système de gestion centralisé adapté à leur activité.
L’objectif est de disposer d’un outil unique permettant de piloter l’activité du cabinet, de la relation client jusqu’au suivi détaillé des projets.
