In addition to its wholesale activities, CEDICOM operates an electromechanical showroom offering a diverse range of furniture, electronics, and household products from recognized brands such as Hisense, UGUR, BRAUN, DeLonghi, and KENWOOD, combining quality, style, and functionality for its customers.

CEDICOM needed an integrated ERP system to unify its supply chain operations within one platform while managing the complexity of its diverse product portfolio. The company required better visibility across customer interactions, sales processes, purchasing, inventory movements, and accounting, along with more structured reporting adapted to different product categories.
