I'm also facing the same issue. So far found no resolution. Anyone who can help?

Well I faced this problem as well. The problem was in my Razorpay configuration. The webhook url was wrong which caused that particular message to show.

What exactly was wrong with the webhook url if you can recall? We're also facing similar issue with no resolution yet.

@ashu Just provide the webhook url in correct format. The format is in Razorpay docs.

Doc says url should be something like https://example.odoo.com/payment/razorpay/webhook

Should i replace example.odoo.com with domain which we're using or it has be mycompany.odoo.com?
Also, my domain url contains www so which is correct url?
https://mycompany.odoo.com/payment/razorpay/webhook
or
https://mycompany.com/payment/razorpay/webhook
or
https://www.mycompany.com/payment/razorpay/webhook

@ashu Sorry for the late reply. Write your Webhook URL in this format: https://example.odoo.com/payment/razorpay/webhook
The "example.odoo.com" is the only part you will need to replace. I hope it helps/ed.

I hope it is showing in the website ? If it is too long, check the payment transaction record and see if there is some hint
