Au cours de ses 30 années d’existence, CMGP Group a développé différentes expertises métier pour devenir un groupe panafricain intégré. II est aujourd’hui structuré autour de deux principaux pôles d’expertises : l’agriculture, incluant les activités dans l’irrigation, le solaire, la protection des plantes et l’infrastructure de l’eau, incluant l’adduction eau potable et assainissement.Dès le départ, le groupe a été porté par une vision, une feuille de route précise qui lui a permis d’enregistrer une croissance moyenne de 20 % chaque année. Très tôt, CMGP Group a commencé à se développer sur le continent africain en réalisant, dès 2017, des projets d’envergure en Mauritanie, au Niger, en Côte d’Ivoire au Ghana et au Mali. Cette internationalisation s’est accélérée en 2020 avec la création d’une filière au Sénégal.
Aujourd’hui leader du marché de l’irrigation au Maroc, CMGP Group a activement contribue au développement de l’agriculture irriguée dans ce pays qui demeure soumis à un important stress hydrique.
De par la nature même de ses métiers, CMGP Group a ainsi intégré la RSE comme l’un des fondements de sa stratégie et de son management, en particulier les enjeux environnementaux, sociaux et sociétaux. Cette approche a été successivement couronnée par l’obtention du Label RSE de la CGEM en 2017, de l’évaluation ISO 26000 en 2019 et du Label Engage RSE avec un score «confirmé» en 2020.
