I am working on a basic version on odoo 11,

I created tow users both on the same team; I made the same configuration twice, when I tested it , everything is going okay withe the first but when I receive a message on the second mail it came as a new team member and not a comment as I want 

exemple when I send an invoice to the customer if he replies on the first mail I receive his mail as comment but in the second case I receive his mail as a crm.team 

help please

i think problem in mail alias, just check in crm>configuration>sales channel, find Email Alias
