Hi, in Odoo online is it possible to merge tickets? Can anyone please help , thank you

If App "Data Cleaning" is installed you'll find a merging-Option in Helpdesk -> Team Dashboard > Switch to List View > Select Tickets > Actions > Merge

I use odoo online, this option dont seem to be available, is this perhaps some type of limitation on this online version?
