Hi, in Odoo online is it possible to merge tickets? Can anyone please help , thank you

If App "Data Cleaning" is installed you'll find a merging-Option in Helpdesk -> Team Dashboard > Switch to List View > Select Tickets > Actions > Merge

Thank you in advance for your help. I have installed the data cleaning app but keep getting the following error: Invalid Operation: You cannot merge accounts. Any suggestions?

I use odoo online, this option dont seem to be available, is this perhaps some type of limitation on this online version?
