Hello everyone,


I am encountering an issue while attempting to test the connection for Outlook in Odoo, and I am seeking assistance to resolve issue.

Specifically, when trying to establish the connection with Outlook within Odoo, I am encountering an error message. Despite following the recommended steps outlined in the documentation, I have been unable to successfully establish the connection.

The error message I am receiving is in the screenshot below:


If anyone has encountered a similar problem or has experience troubleshooting Outlook integration in Odoo, I would greatly appreciate your help in resolving this issue.

Which kind of error ? i'll try to search for my document to guide this, i remember my company has one, will comeback asap

I have encountered this one, and i must use an outlook account for enterprise then i'll be able to config this.

Back then, my outlook account is just a normal account, so i get the error exactly like you 

If i remember it correctly i register the account here https://www.microsoft.com/en-US/microsoft-365/outlook/outlook-personal-email-plans?ocid=PROD_outlook_cons_outlook_ups_OL-Web_May19UI&rtc=2

Hi,
In case if the other suggestion from @Duong didn't worked for you, try setting mail.default.from in system parameters with your email and see if that can solve the issue.

@Duong @Niyas I have use a Microsoft domain account and it is not still working and having error.
