Error When Testing Connection for Outlook in Odoo V17.1

Hello everyone,

I am encountering an issue while attempting to test the connection for Outlook in Odoo, and I am seeking assistance to resolve issue.
Specifically, when trying to establish the connection with Outlook within Odoo, I am encountering an error message. Despite following the recommended steps outlined in the documentation, I have been unable to successfully establish the connection.
The error message I am receiving is in the screenshot below:

I have encountered this one, and i must use an outlook account for enterprise then i'll be able to config this.
Back then, my outlook account is just a normal account, so i get the error exactly like you
If i remember it correctly i register the account here  https://www.microsoft.com/en-US/microsoft-365/outlook/outlook-personal-email-plans?ocid=PROD_outlook_cons_outlook_ups_OL-Web_May19UI&rtc=2 [1]

Hi,
In case if the other suggestion from @Duong didn't worked for you, try setting *mail.default.from *in system parameters with your email and see if that can solve the issue.
