Vroemdag is hét jaarlijkse evenement op Circuit Zolder waar 1200 tot 1500 kinderen uit het buitengewoon onderwijs een onvergetelijke dag beleven dankzij vrijwillige piloten en hun sportwagens.Het event worstelde met een manueel en ongestructureerd inschrijvingsproces. Dankzij een nieuwe digitale oplossing met website en centraal platform verlopen inschrijvingen sneller en overzichtelijker.

The system was deployed in multiple phases, starting with core HR functions such as employee management, attendance tracking, time-off requests, document management, surveys, and e-learning. The second phase covered payroll, accounting, procurement, and inventory management, ensuring financial and logistical efficiency. A later phase integrated POS, manufacturing, fleet management, and healthcare services. By centralizing operations into a unified platform, ISF now benefits from improved employee tracking, automated payroll processing, transparent financial reporting, and efficient resource allocation. The integration with Odoo’s mobile application further enhances accessibility for training and notifications. Working alongside with Arxi to handle manufacturing and the integration of global processes, Zanancho has chosen an incremental Odoo implementation that is focused in specific objectives in order to optimize their internal processes.
