ORA Gym is a newly established fitness and wellness center in Cameroon operating in
the gym and recreation sector. They needed a unified system to manage gym
memberships, cafeteria sales, inventory, HR, and marketing, with local payroll and
attendance integration. Their main challenges were handling multiple subscription
types, managing recipes and POS for the cafeteria, and automating customer
engagement and staff attendance. With Azkatech’s help, ORA Gym implemented a
customized Odoo ERP solution covering gym membership management, cafeteria POS
with recipe control, HR payroll, attendance linked to machines, and marketing
