Challenge: Bestowin was operating with a fragmented software landscape consisting of Excel, Pipedrive and Zendesk. This resulted in disjointed data, a lack of insight into real production margins, and critical difficulties in tracking material batches (coils) required for safety certifications.

The Digifiers Solution: Digifiers replaced these isolated tools with a unified Odoo Enterprise environment. The core of the solution was a complex API integration linking Bestowin’s proprietary "Calculator" directly to Odoo. Now, complex product definitions and Bills of Materials (BOMs) are generated automatically in Odoo based on technical calculations. The scope included Sales, CRM, Inventory, MRP (Manufacturing), Project, and Accounting.

Value Delivered: By adopting Digifiers' MVP-first approach, Bestowin is moving quickly from manual spreadsheets to a fully traceable production flow. Key results include:

Challenge: Crown General operated with a highly fragmented, paper-heavy workflow across disconnected systems like Adsolut, Word, and Excel. The Digifiers Solution: Acting as a transparent and sustainable Odoo partner, Digifiers implemented a strict Minimum Viable Product (MVP) strategy. Challenge: Saleswise struggled with highly fragmented operations spread across Teamleader, Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams. Their most critical bottleneck was manual resource planning: for fixed-price projects, planners had to manually calculate and track dozens of half-day blocks in Excel. Additionally, a lack of centralized CRM warnings created commercial risks, as recruiters lacked clear visibility into client lists. Finance also wasted hours on manual contract creation and managing complex hybrid billing structures.

The Solution: Digifiers replaced the disconnected tools with a centralized Odoo environment. To solve the planning headache, they developed a custom "Bucket" planning engine that automatically generates the required time slots the moment a deal is won. The system also unified the CRM with visible tags and set up a streamlined hybrid invoicing system for both Time & Material and Fixed Price projects.

Value Delivered: Saleswise completely eliminated its reliance on static Excel planning and double data entry.
