Now, complex product definitions and Bills of Materials (BOMs) are generated automatically in Odoo based on technical calculations. The scope included Sales, CRM, Inventory, MRP (Manufacturing), Project, and Accounting.

De Gucht is a family-owned wholesaler serving the bakery and hospitality industry. Digifiers supports their transition from a legacy management system to Odoo, bringing sales, purchasing, accounting, pricing and product management together in one integrated platform.

Challenge: FNM Services beheert meerdere Delhaize-winkels en werkte met een lappendeken aan tools voor kassafacturen, papieren warengroeprapporten en manuele Excel-verwerking. Peppol werd ingericht voor zowel verzending als ontvangst, en de dubbele omzetregistratie werd opgelost.

Value Delivered: Digifiers realiseerde een correcte en semi-geautomatiseerde omzetverwerking per rayon en per betaalmiddel, met rechtstreekse doorstroom naar de BTW-aangifte. Kassafacturen op krediet worden nu apart opgevolgd, en de klant kan bogen op een schaalbare Odoo-basis die stap voor stap wordt uitgerold over de verschillende Delhaize-winkels.
