I have 2 accounts, 1 is my personal Odoo account that I use for tickets and survey creation, and the second account is a shared admin account with a few other individuals so that we can make large changes to our structures, my personal account has a survey with extremely sensitive data that no-one other than myself should be able to edit, is there a way I can restrict all other accounts from editing a survey that I have created? Currently I do not have access to actually change and update any code.

Hi,

In Odoo, surveys are governed by access rights and record rules. By default, users with Survey Manager rights can see and edit all surveys, regardless of who created them. Since you have a personal survey with sensitive data, the safest approach is to adjust permissions rather than relying on default roles.

If you cannot edit code, you should ask an administrator to configure access rights so that only you have edit permissions. This can be done by restricting survey records to their creator through record rules or by removing survey manager access from the shared admin account and granting it only to your personal account.

As a workaround without technical changes, you can duplicate your survey in a separate private database or export and store it securely outside the shared environment. However, the proper long-term solution is for the administrator to set rules so your survey remains visible to others if needed, but editable only by you.
