Hi everyone,

We’re trying to set up the Extra Hours calculation correctly in the Attendance Analysis view.

Our employees have flexible start times (some start at 7:00, others at 8:00 or 9:00), but everyone should work 8 hours per day.

We would like Odoo to calculate Extra Hours based on the actual attendance duration — that is, the difference between check-in and check-out compared to 8 hours — regardless of when the employee starts work.

We’ve already tried adjusting the working schedule and average hours per day, but the results are still inconsistent.

Could someone please advise how to configure the working schedule so that Extra Hours reflect only the actual daily work duration (check-in/check-out vs. 8 hours)?
