除了每个本地化模块创建报表, 有一些非常有用的 通用的 和 动态报告 也非常有用 :

可以标注每个报表, 打印出来并呈报你的顾问。导出xls, 进一步分析管理。深入研究, 可看到更多的细节(付款,发票、分录,等等)。

你可以将当期的值与另一期间的值比较。也可选择多个期间进行比较。如果不想使用系统默认的 前一期间 , 你可以选择之前的12期。

资产负债表¶

The Balance Sheet shows a snapshot of the assets, liabilities and equity of your organisation as at a particular date.

The Profit and Loss report (or Income Statement) shows your organisation’s net income, by deducting expenses from revenue for the report period.

The Executive Summary allows for a quick look at all the important figures you need to run your company.

Performance:
- Gross profit margin:
  每个销售的收益减去销售的直接成本(诸如劳动力、材料等)。
- Net profit margin:
  每个销售的收益减去销售的直接成本, 再减去公司的固定费用 (例如: 租金、电力、销售的税费)。
- Return on investment (p.a.):

状况:
- Average debtor days:
  平均天数, 它需要你的客户安装客户发票支付给你(完全)
- Average creditor days:
  平均天数，它需要你按账单支付你的供应商(完全)
- Short term cash forecast:
  预计下个月的现金收支, 即 销售科目 的余额减去 购买科目 的余额。
- Current assets to liabilities:
  流动比率 , 就是流动资产的(资产可以在一年内转化为现金)比流动负债(明年到期的债务)。这通常是用来衡量一个公司偿债能力。
