Hello.
On https://odoo.com/trial if you only select 1 application the database is free of charge. Creating a second company in your "One-App-Free" database shouldn't change your pricing plans
Education databases that are free for 24 months does not restrict you to just using 1 application, and does not seem to have any constraint with the amount of companies you can set-up.
