Pascal le Boulanger is a family story that began in Sault-Brénaz, outside of Lyon, France.
The craftsmanship and knowledge acquired by the artisan bakers has been continuously evolving since the bakery was established in Stoneham in 2012.
The family tradition is now carried on by a third generation, following the traditional path of artisan bakers.
