Who we are

Noviat has been an Odoo partner in Belgium since 2009 and has been implementing Odoo since version 5. We are based in Leuven and work in English, French and Dutch.

We take care of the machinery. You take care of your business. In practice that means Odoo running a whole company on one system, quotations, stock, production, projects and accounting, rather than one app at a time with the seams left showing.

• Seventeen years on the same platform. Partner since 2009, implementing since Odoo version 5. We have carried the same clients through every version since, so an upgrade is routine work here rather than a rescue operation.
• You are not paying us to learn your business. Configurators, make-to-order production, margins tracked per job: you will not be our first.
• Statutory accounting is not an afterthought. We keep Belgian, French and German books in Odoo, and adding a country is a known exercise for us.

• Finance and accounting. Statutory accounting country by country, CODA, EBICS, SEPA, VAT, and the bank connections behind them.
• Logistics and manufacturing. Stock, production, and the flow between them.
• Made-to-measure products. Configurators, production that starts at the order rather than the forecast, margins tracked per project instead of per SKU.
• Project and site-based business. Hours, materials and margin recorded against the job, visible while it is still running.
• Local government. Ordo, our own platform on Odoo for Belgian public administrations.

Banking and e-invoicing

We automate the link between Odoo and your banks. Statements arrive on their own, payment batches go out, and reconciliation stops being a job someone does by hand every Monday.

In Belgium that runs through Isabel Connect. Across Europe it runs through EBICS, the standard we know best, because the open-source EBICS module for Odoo is ours and we maintain it. Not sure which channel fits your bank? We compare the five methods side by side.
