We delivered Odoo for DOPE Studio across CRM, Sales, Purchase, and Accounting. Accounting sits on our EXN Greek Localization and EXN AADE MyData modules for real-time AADE compliance on every transaction. The differentiating piece is a custom layer built around how the agency actually sells. Each department prepares its own quotation under its own numbering, so the originating team is visible at a glance and internal accountability is intact. A manager then groups the relevant quotations into one consolidated offer that goes to the customer as a single coherent document, clean and unified on the customer side, with every department's contribution preserved as its own record internally for margin and resource tracking. When the consolidated offer moves forward, every underlying quotation moves with it, so the agency runs one commercial conversation with the customer rather than several parallel ones. On the invoice side, a custom contact-routing layer makes sure every invoice is delivered automatically to all the people on the customer's side who need it, without anyone in finance having to remember who gets the copy this month.

Tescom Hellas SA, operating since 2007 as part of DMY Group, is a Greek wholesale distributor and partial OEM in critical-power infrastructure: uninterruptible power supplies, AVR units, server racks, industrial batteries, networking hardware, diesel generators, solar inverters, and EV chargers. The business runs two warehouses in Athens and Thessaloniki and serves a B2B reseller network of more than 400 points across ten EU markets, into datacenter, healthcare, industrial, and maritime end-sites.
We deployed Odoo for Tescom across CRM, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, and Contacts, alongside the existing SoftOne back office, with EXN Middleware carrying the data layer between the two systems. The integration is the heart of the engagement: we used our EXN Soft1 integration module and extended it through Odoo's configuration layer to fit Tescom's flows, with full bidirectional synchronization on the product catalogue, sales, purchase, and inventory, and more than one hundred custom fields wired through the middleware so every flow stays aligned. The Fashion Project is a Greek fashion retailer operating at high order volume across an integrated e-commerce and store footprint, with the cycle pressure that defines the category: new drops, returns, promotions, multiple payment options. The platform underneath has to keep up.
We run The Fashion Project on Odoo across Sales, Purchase, Inventory, and Accounting, with our EXN Greek Localization and EXN AADE MyData modules carrying real-time AADE compliance on every transaction. Shopify is the storefront, and the tight Shopify-to-Odoo bridge is carried by EXN Middleware and our EXN Shopify connector on the same canonical data model we deploy across our Shopify-led retail accounts; the multiple storefront payment methods Shopify exposes map directly into Odoo's default payment handling, so every checkout method reconciles inside the ERP. On that integration backbone we have built up the surface the business actually runs on: a bespoke RMA flow we designed and implemented end to end, with a customer-facing returns portal, explicit service-cost handling on the return, courier selection at the return step, and order-line-level return protection so a partial return on a multi-line order keeps its provenance; WMS and 3PL connectivity for the warehouse and outbound side; and multi-carrier shipping on our EXN Courier service, with DHL for international flows alongside the domestic carrier set, real-time tracking across every supported courier, Cash-on-Delivery handling, and post-delivery consolidation flowing back into Odoo.
