Hello, can I use old version of app in new version of Odoo? For example in my Odoo 15 system I wanna use app which is still on version 14.

Hi,
Sometime the apps in v14 will work in v15 without any changes, but it depends on the functionality of the module and how it is codes.
In such cases you can try and confirm it.

In most cases installing or using module from different version of Odoo will require migration process. Odoo Community Association describes it in here: https://oca.github.io/OpenUpgrade/
If the module is not complex and doesn't require other Odoo modules to work, there is slight chance it will work, so it's worth trying. Please remember about backing up the database first, before doing it.
Usually not, but you can try nevertheless.
