Photogalerie manages 5 shops in Belgium et Luxemburg. They are the leader in Belgium in the retail business of photo equipment. Photogalerie.com is a webshop with more than 80.000 visitors per month.
The company is very successful in a declining market. Many actors have disappeared since the coming of smartphones. Christophe will present the multichannel approach to maximise value between webshops and physical shops. Where the physical shop is a place to advise and inspire customers and the web is the place to facilitate the purchasing of goods. The combination of both worlds increases customer satisfaction and loyalty. Photogalerie is using Odoo to manage point of sales, invoicing, drop-shipment, purchasing, stock receipt, stock transfers between shops, stock reservation and service management. Odoo is integrated with supplier stock, webshop (Magento) and accounting system (BOB).
