Each team will have a dedicated space to brainstorm and create an innovative project. When you need a break, you can clear your mind in the common room, outdoor courtyard, rest area or even our gaming room, so you can fully relax

The theme remains a secret until the last minute, giving everyone an equal start with no prior preparation

The organizer reserves the right to refuse or accept any participation request
Each participant agrees to be photographed and filmed during the hackathon and acknowledges that the photographs and videos may be used for the creation of communication supports.
A deposit is required to secure your registration. This deposit will be reimbursed within 30 days after you have actually attended. If cancellation occurs before November 15, a full refund of the deposit will be provided. However, for cancellations after November 15, the deposit will be retained by the organizer
Participants are responsible for the care and proper use of any materials or equipment provided during the event. Any damage caused by negligence or misuse may result in financial liability for the participant
All participants are expected to adhere to a code of conduct ensuring a respectful and inclusive environment for everyone involved. Any violation may result in immediate disqualification
Participants retain intellectual property rights to their work. However, by participating, they grant the organizer a non-exclusive license to showcase and promote their project
Participants are responsible for the security and care of their laptops and necessary equipment brought to the hackathon. The organizer bears no responsibility for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings during the event
