This is your golden opportunity to showcase your coding skills, push your limits, and craft groundbreaking solutions to real-world problems. Whether you are a student, a fresher, or a coding enthusiast, this hackathon is designed to test your creativity, problem-solving abilities, and teamwork.

Timeline
- 30 July 2025 (11:30 PM): Last date to register
- 02 August 2025 (9 AM to 5 PM): First Round (Virtually)
- 06 August 2025 (by EOD): Announcement of Top 75 Teams for final round
- 30 - 31 August 2025: Final Round (Offline) for Top 75 Teams
Registration Process (only for team leaders)
- Registration is Free & Mandatory.
- Registration Process:
Only one person per team (the team leader) needs to register for the whole team.
- Click the Register button.
- Select the number of tickets based on how many people are in your team. (Min. 01 & Max. 04 members are allowed per team)
- Fill in the required team details and submit the form.
- That’s it – one simple entry for the entire team
- Write your company's name /college /university name in 'Company' field of registration form
- Registered Teams will receive necessary instructions via email after registration deadline.
- No TA/DA or any other allowances will be provided to participants under any circumstances for this event.
Eligibility
- Open for all tech students, freshers, and coding enthusiasts (Age: 18+)
- No prior experience required – just your passion for coding!
- Teams of up to 4 members are allowed
- All programming languages are welcome
Prizes & Rewards
🏆 Winner: ₹ 45,000 Cash Prize + Odoo Goodies + Certificate
🥈 First Runner-up: ₹ 35,000 Cash Prize + Odoo Goodies + Certificate
🥉 Second Runner-up: ₹ 25,000 Cash Prize + Odoo Goodies + Certificate
🎖️ Top performing individuals selected by Odoo will be considered for Internship and employment offer (based on eligibility)
📜 Final round participants (top 75 Teams) will receive a Participation Certificate
🌐 Challenge Format
- Gear up with your coding skills and the best teammates to solve a surprise problem statement, which will be revealed at 8:00 AM on the day of the virtual round right here on this registration page. You will have 8 hours to develop and submit your best solution online.
- Please check your emails on the evening before the virtual round. All participants will receive an email with all the necessary instructions one day prior to virtual round.
- The top 75 (or more) teams, based on their performance in the virtual round, will be shortlisted and invited to the final offline round. The results will be announced on this registration page as per the official timeline.

Terms & Conditions
The organizer reserves the right to refuse or accept any participation request.
Each participant agrees to be photographed and filmed during the hackathon and acknowledges that the photographs and videos may be used for the creation of communication supports.
Participants are responsible for the care and proper use of any materials or equipment provided during the event. Any damage caused by negligence or misuse may result in financial liability for the participant.
All participants are expected to adhere to a code of conduct ensuring a respectful and inclusive environment for everyone involved. Any violation may result in immediate disqualification.
Participants retain intellectual property rights to their work. However, by participating, they grant the organizer a non-exclusive license to review, showcase and promote their project.
The jury's decision shall be final, binding, and non-negotiable. No appeals, disputes, or reconsideration will be entertained under any circumstances.
