2023 had been a blast for APAC! Returning from the COVID hiatus, Odoo APAC has rocked 30 Roadshows and 27 Odoo Education workshops and participated in 23 exhibitions.

A Quick Recap of 2023
30 Fruitful Roadshows
Combining efforts with our trusted local partners, we are very happy to have welcomed 15.5k+ registrations in our Roadshows spanning 20 cities last year and met with system integrators eager to learn more about our updates, decision-makers from different sectors, teachers who teach Odoo in their courses, loyal community users, and more.
Besides a long-awaited comeback to countries such as China and Indonesia, we also brought our team to the new crowd in Medan, Tokyo, and more cities. In Australia, we are very proud to host Roadshows with the joint effort of our local team.
Through the interactive demos where we showcase our most up-to-date solutions and live customer and partner testimonial sessions, we are thrilled to see the advancement and digital transformation Odoo is bringing to our customers of various sizes and from many different industries, regardless of resources.
It was also our pleasure to meet system integrators and consulting companies to exchange knowledge and continue enhancing our services during the events!
23 Successful Exhibitions & Expos
We aspire to bring Odoo's technology and expertise into more sectors and countries, which is why we always try to be there at your local trade shows and expos!
In 2023, we brought 18 local partners to participate in 23 expos and exhibitions with us in 9 countries. While we had a great time catching up with some known and new faces in the industry at Cloud Expo Asia, the 13th SME Business Expo, and more, we were also excited to greet Australia, Indonesia, Japan, Korea, and Vietnam for the first time at renowned shows such as Japan IT Week and Tech in Asia Conference.
27 Odoo Education Workshops
Preparing the next generation for their business success in advance, we went into the classrooms of 27 universities and tertiary institutions in 2023.
From group classes of 10 to seminars of 400, we made sure to deliver the latest ERP knowledge and business insights to the future entrepreneurs and industry leaders at Swinburne University of Technology in Australia, Universitas Gadjah Mada in Indonesia, Kookmin University in South Korea, The University of Hong Kong, The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, and more prestigious schools across APAC.
Other Events
To celebrate remarkable achievements in Mongolia, Odoo held a special event last business year—the Odoo Mongolia Executive Summit.
In Ulaanbaatar, our team had the honor of meeting the decision-makers in the country's top 100 companies. Through an afternoon of networking and live sharing sessions, Odoo introduced ourselves as the country's preferred business management software that allows maximum flexibility and supports sustainable growth.

More Exciting Roadshows to meet Odoo 17
Much anticipated by the local communities, Odoo returns in the coming year with Odoo 17, our latest version, while bringing more successful implementation cases, interactive demos on WhatsApp integration, ChatGPT usage in Website Builder, and more exciting new features to your home countries. Our Roadshows are also the best chance for you to learn more about the new Shop Floor app!
With so many exciting new features and Odoo updates, we will be hosting nearly a hundred Roadshows in your home countries, within which we will be seeing you for the first time in person in Angeles, Chiangmai, Christchurch, George Town, Johor Bahru, Phuket, Taichung, and more cities. It is our goal in 2024 to visit as many cities as we can in APAC to build a stronger bond with you—bring in your unique business challenge and requirements; there will always be an Odoo solution to it!
Further enhancing our services with advanced regional support, we will be enriching our Roadshow agenda next year. In the coming year, we will continue to welcome our partners and local IT companies interested in reselling Odoo in the Partnership Recruitment session in the morning on Roadshow days, as it will always be our priority to encourage and foster growth in our official partners while bringing our amazing products and benefits in joining our Partnership Program to more potential resellers.
Our doors will be open to end users, as well as anyone who is interested in Odoo, to discover the power of our products and services.
