Odoo Receives the Trends Gazelles Award: A Testament to Unrivaled Success

Odoo has been awarded the Trends Gazelles Award in the Large Companies category for the Brabant Walloon region.

This prestigious prize recognizes Belgian companies with exceptional growth and performance.

This distinction further cements Odoo's remarkable success, having won this award six times in the past ten years across all categories. It serves as a testament to the company's phenomenal growth, solidifying its position as an innovative leader in the Belgian and global markets.

Driven by a mission to optimize business efficiency, Odoo has distinguished itself by developing a flexible, modular, and fully integrated business management software. This solution empowers organizations of all sizes with a simple and affordable tool to streamline their operations and achieve unmatched operational efficiency. With a suite of 80+ interconnected applications, ranging from accounting and manufacturing to sales, the open-source publisher aims to revolutionize the enterprise software landscape, positioning itself alongside giants like SAP and Oracle.

Boasting a 50% organic growth rate over the past decade, the Walloon unicorn has achieved a turnover exceeding €370 million in 2023. The company has 19 offices worldwide, three of which were inaugurated in the past year in Italy, Australia, and Indonesia. Through these expansions, Odoo strengthens its local presence to better meet the needs of organizations in these regions. Fabien Pinckaers, CEO of Odoo, actively supports his local teams, as evidenced by his recent relocation to India. By boosting its presence in this country with high technological potential, the company continues its international expansion while pursuing the development of its solution.

With a team of 3,800 employees, including 1,200 in its Belgian offices, the company aims to recruit an additional 7,000 by 2025. In early 2024, Odoo emphasized its commitment to its employees by adopting total compensation following the loss of intellectual property. Fabien Pinckaers, CEO and founder of Odoo, expresses his gratitude to his teams: "The growth we have experienced is only possible thanks to the hard work and dedication of our teams to our product. It was therefore logical for us to continue investing in our most important resource: our employees."

Having already made its mark on the fiduciary market, Odoo intends to maintain its momentum in penetrating new industries in 2024 to develop specific pillars of expertise. By positioning itself as a thought leader in its field, this verticalization of its services will allow Odoo to continue to offer the best possible solution to its customers, regardless of their industry.

Odoo's monumental growth can be attributed, in part, to its genuine commitment to revolutionizing the world of work and empowering employees with powerful tools. In its quest to broaden its mission, the award winner has established strategic partnerships with renowned market players such as KPMG, Deloitte, Partena, and Proximus. This network of alliances illustrates Odoo's vision of providing continuous operational excellence to all, by leveraging premier strategic collaborations.
