Dick Lee’s journey began as a blacksmith in a small shop in Texas, where he repaired farm equipment for local farmers who relied on his craftsmanship to keep their operations running. “We were using QuickBooks, but it wasn’t designed for quoting our product variations. We also tried Salesforce, but it didn’t handle variants well either. We knew we needed an ERP solution that could manage everything in one place.”
However, for years, LeeAgra relied on paper records, spreadsheets, and QuickBooks to manage its business operations.
