In my experience, Microsoft Planner works fine for small tasks, but it feels limited once projects get bigger. I think the best Microsoft Planner alternative could be something like Workstatus, Asana or Monday.com since they offer better reporting and flexibility. That said, I’m still exploring options, what tools are you all using that really work well for larger projects?
