For your setup you would need the modules 'Point of Sales' and 'ECS/POS Hardware Driver'.
These two should do the job if you install & configure everything well. Given that you connect your printer directly to your computer where Odoo is installed on. If you would also need a weighing scale you should also install the module ''Weighing Scale Hardware Driver' and if you want to enable discounts you should also install the module 'Point of Sale Discounts'.
