If you have your Odoo server installed on a server in your own network DMZ you need to

• Make the server visible from outside by ip address (you need a static valid ip address, talk to your internet provider)

• Buy a domain and use a DNS server to translate it to your ip address

• Use a firewall(there is other options too) to transfer requests to that ip address to 8069 port number 

• Take care of trafic security with a UTM or at least a firewall

You have to associate a domain to your Odoo system and pay a host where your system is hosted.
