I am trying to reset my odoo.com password but not getting email on my email id how reset my password ?

Hi,

Resetting your Odoo password can be frustrating if you're not receiving the email. Here are some steps you can try:

1. Check for the email in different folders:

Look in your spam or junk folder in case it got misclassified.
Check your promotions or "other" tabs if your email provider categorizes them.
If you use tabs for different accounts, ensure you're checking the inbox associated with the email address you used for Odoo.


2. Verify your email address:

Double-check that the email address you entered when requesting the password reset is correct.
If you have multiple email addresses associated with your Odoo account, try requesting the reset with each one.


3. Confirm Odoo's email settings are enabled:

Some Odoo administrators can disable the "Forgot Password" feature. It's worth checking with your administrator if they have disabled it, and requesting a manual reset if so.

Hi, You can trial:

Go to Setting >> Users >> Users menu and select the user for whom you want to change password. 

Go to Top side of screen and under "More" you will find an option "Change Password". Click on it and you will see the pop up to change password for multi users in single click.
