To change the name of the taxes displayed in Odoo on offers and invoices, including the PDF versions, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to the Accounting module in Odoo.

2. Under the Configuration menu, select Taxes.

3. Find the tax you want to rename (e.g., "USt 19%").

4. Click on the tax name to open the editing form.

5. In the Tax Name field, enter the new name that you want to appear on the offers, invoices, and      PDFs.

6. Click Save to apply the changes.
