Hi All

We have deployed Kubernetes postgres operator called Zalando for postgres database(version 14) and Odoo version is 14. We also have deployed queue job plugin from ODOO Appstore .

Our setup works fine until we enabled connection pooler setting on Zalando, which is supposed to help in connection pooling at database level. 
We noticed that our jobs stopped coming into running state and were hanging at pending state until we restart the odoo container. 
We had to disable connection pooling in order to make it work. Kindly someone help on this so as we can using connection pooling.
