Yes, there are options to implement the use of RFID scanner to your inventory workflow:
1.- You can buy some pre-developed apps:  https://apps.odoo.com/apps/modules/14.0/yudha_stock_rfid/ [1]  but this way you gonna need to adjust to their requirements.
2.- To imlement by yourselves you may check the documentation about RFID in Odoo, [2]  seems easy and can be handled without any additional integration.
